Whew!!!! How amazing is this trip going to be?!?! Dublin's with Kelley and Julie - GUINNESS!!!! Then the rest is with Mr. Chris!!! It's been 10 long weeks since I've seen the guy!!! And now he's got short hair and no beard, and I'm a brunette! Are we going to be able to recognize each other???

I'm sure I'll take LOADS of pics and have lots to share when I get back!!!

High School Clique Party - My Vida Loca!!!

Ok, first off, I will apologize if this is traumatizing to anyone - especially Mom and Dad! But I had to share these pics with you all!

My friend Cam had a High School Clique Party at her flat. Alexin and I decided to represent our Angelino heritage and dressed up as gang members, since that's what most people here think when we say we're from LA.

Intimidating??? Cam drew my "Familia" tattoo! I take credit for the make-up, including the tear drop!!

Marie and Amy dressed up as Goths! While getting ready, they couldn't stop laughing at how scary they looked! CUTE!

Some Nights With Some Friends

Not that my blog is lacking pics of me out on the town....but here's a few recent pics!

Amy, Me and Marie - My GREAT flatmates!!! We hadn't had a "proper" night out together in a while, so we did it up this night!

Cam's going to kill me for this....but I had to share it!!! To be fair, we all had our fair share this night. Check out Marie in the background showing off her black currant tongue from all the snakebites she drank!! Oh, and that's a fraction of my face on the left!

We went to Walkabout this night and it was like being at Senor Frogs in Puerto! It was "Full-on Friday" so all drinks were 2 pounds and they kept trying to have "contests" to win free drinks. One of them was to dance with the Koala or the Kangaroo. Marie and I ran up to take a pic and then ran away fast before we had to do something stupid and make fools of ourselves on stage.

I went to Cardiff for a night out with Darby, her new English BF, and his friends. It was sooooo much fun!!! We took the train there at 6:30pm, hit up some fun bars, then took a mini-bus back to Swansea at 3:30am. It was a LONG night, but SOOOOOO much fun! Oh, and it is where Darby taught me how to do the "sorority pose" for pictures. :-p

Where I Work

This is Langland Bay, Swansea!!! It's the GORGEOUS cove where I get to work! I'm a waitress at Langland's Brasserie - a cute restaurant/coffee bar right on the beach. On a sunny day, it is absolutely stunning! I often find myself just staring off at the sea, until some customer breaks my stare and I have to actually take orders! ;-)
If you look up close, the restaurant is where those blue umbrellas are. Sooo cute! Total inspiration for Zelicious! And that's Langland Country Club behind - a nice golf course that I'm sure my dad will visit when he's here.

OK, you're not going to believe my bad luck!!! I got a call from Langland's to work one Saturday night, but I decline because I was really tired and kinda hungover. This girl Caroline, who also goes to Swansea Uni, took the shift. The following Monday, I see my friend Fran and she asks if I've talked to Caroline. She then proceeds to tell me that CATHERINE ZETA-JONES had dinner at Langland's on the Saturday that I could've worked and my friend Caroline got to serve her!!!! I LOVE HER!!!!! I guess she was back in her hometown of Swansea for her grandma's bday. She was having dinner with her brother and sister-in-law. Oh, and Wales won an important rugby game that day, so she was a bit tipsy from celebrating. And she kept heading outside to have smokes. It's like we're the same person!!!!!
